Phillip was a young boy from Kherson in need of eye surgery. In Ukraine, where families often pay out-of-pocket for essential surgeries, affording critical care like this can be a serious  challenge. For Philipp, however, a much-needed eye surgery in Kiev became possible thanks to UCAF donations which covered the cost of the procedure, leading to successful results and renewed hope for his future.
